Did I Fix It?

So, my header was all an illusion before.  I drew it out, made it look like I had rounded corners, then painted the rest with a background like my own.  Except, you could tell it was rigged.  The background proportions didn't match.

I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to keep my outer-wrapper white, but not affect my header area.  I wanted the white background behind my header gone.

I've tried everything.

Until...

I moved the <div id> for the outer wrapper under my <div id> for my header.

Viola.

It is working on my screen.

Is it working on yours?  (To know if I fixed it- Is behind the girls head the green damask background or is it white.... does the header look like it has rounded corners?)
